The Gym Journal is your ultimate training tool to help you smash your health and fitness goals. It was designed by a self-proclaimed gym junkie, and in collaboration with those that understand training most, including personal trainers, psychologists, bodybuilding coaches, and exercise physiologists.

The Gym Journal has been constructed with your gym bag in mind! Featuring a hard cover with resilient vegan leather and rounded corners, plus an elastic band closure built to outlast almost anything you can throw at it. We only test on humans, however, we haven’t tested this against blood, sweat or tears, so maybe treat it with a little bit of love ;)
