Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details and a link to be able to track the path of your order to your destination. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but rest assured your order is on its way.
If you have received an item you believe to be damaged or faulty, please email our team at email@example.com within 5 days of delivery with clear pictures and a detailed description along with the order details and email address associated with the order. We will then work with you to find the best solution, be it a refund or product replacement.
