  • 100 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 80 g vanilla protein custard powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 150 mL unsweetened almond milk

Preparation Steps:

  1. Place the frozen banana slices and mixed berries in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  2. Add the protein custard powder and almond milk.
  3. Blend until the mixture achieves a smooth, creamy consistency. Pause to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve in bowls, garnished with additional berries and a sprinkle of granola for added crunch.
  • Enjoy immediately if you enjoy a more soft serve texture, or after 4 hours in the freezer for the more traditional scooped style ice cream.
